Social Law

Enforcing your entitlements

A refused decision is not the final word. The objection is your most important tool and often succeeds. Proceedings before the social court are generally free of court fees.

What it usually involves
01

Care level & upgrading

Where the level is refused or set too low, a fresh assessment usually follows.
02

Health insurance & reimbursement

Treatments, remedies and aids. I enforce the assumption of costs.
03

Pension decisions

Reduced earning capacity and old-age pensions. Decisions are often open to challenge on the figures.
04

Unemployment benefit

Applications, suspension periods and bridging allowances. Where refused, I lodge an objection.
05

Basic income support

Cuts and refusals under SGB XII are reviewed and, if necessary, litigated.
06

Objection & court action

First the objection, then the claim. I handle both and keep the deadlines.
