Residence permits, family reunification, naturalisation and asylum proceedings. I represent you before the immigration office, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees and the administrative courts, and apply for interim relief where needed.

Residence permit & visa
Work, study, EU Blue Card. I check the requirements and accompany the application.02
Family reunification
For spouses and children; for beneficiaries of protection within three months of recognition.03
Asylum & deportation
An action before the administrative court, together with an urgent application against deportation.04
Toleration & right to remain
Humanitarian grounds, illness, unfitness to travel. I also review long-residence rules.05
Naturalisation
Language level, secured livelihood, clean record. I accompany the procedure.06
