Your case does not fit neatly into one box? That happens more often than you would think. Call me and we will place it together.
01
Employment Law
Your rights at workFrom the employment contract through written warnings to dismissal. I check what actually holds up and recover what you are owed. After a dismissal you have only three weeks, so the review should start at once.
What it usually involves
01Dismissal & unfair dismissalI check form, service and grounds and file the claim with the labour court in time.
02Written warnings & probationUnjustified warnings do not belong in your personnel file. During probation a two-week notice period applies.
03Wages & overtimeOutstanding pay is demanded in writing with a deadline. Clauses treating overtime as covered by salary are usually invalid.
04Holiday & holiday payYour holiday entitlement does not lapse because of the dismissal. Untaken leave is paid out.
05Maternity & parental leaveSpecial protection against dismissal, protective periods and the right to return to your previous hours.
06Reference letterYou are entitled to a benevolent reference, even after dismissal during probation.
